The Pai Ayam Recipe




Assalamualaikum and anyeong (throw balloons). yes, i'm back, as a no-longer-school-student wow. Guys, its school holiday(s) guys, the school holidays are back again and that means ive already finished my high school. So, i'm kinda sorry for not being able to active(online) frequently, updating story on this blog as i dont own my personal laptop, yet it was under my parents control (yes all this while ive been using my dad/ my mom's lappy for blogging session(i dont prefer to blog using android). And i have to wait for the right time to use it as they always busy with their works and have to be done by using laptop(sort of kertas kerja/analisis exam/skrip bla bla all were blended together) I'M STILL A KID SOBSOB I COULDNT AFFORD TO BUY MINE  So, thats the reason.


Let proceed to the real subject. On last Sunday  (i'm not pretty sure if it was it), Ive tried to make pai ayam. the best part was i never tried it before and this was my first attempt tho. i just make it by solely refering to the manual recipe in my mom's variasi sajian selera book. The result supposed to be that real pai ayam, but it turns to be the-not-so-pai-ayam instead, Of course it really pissed me off. I EVEN WANT TO CRY A RIVER(?) BUT THEN I CALM MYSELF AS THIS WAS MY FIRST ATTEMPT, I REPEAT IT - MY FIRST ATTEMPT EVER. I  dont have any idea what scale of my cooking will be if it was to be judged by the jurist. Be strong, girl.


Now, i would like to share this recipe. I hope it could help any of you guys who are into pai ayam, but dont know how to make it 'homemade', and really need the recipe by hook or crook, so this is for you guys.


PAI AYAM RECIPE

Bahan-bahan:
235gm tepung gandum
170ml air mendidih
1 biji putih telur
Sedikit minyak jagung

Bahan inti:
200g daging kisar
1 sudu besar minyak jagung
2 ulas bawang putih(ditumbuk)
1 sudu kecil ketumbar
1 kiub pati ayam
1 sudu kecil serbuk cili

Cara membuatnya:
1. Gaulkan tepung dengan air mendidih hingga sebati. Masukkan minyak jagung.
2. Canaikan doh dan terapkan bentuk bulat.
3. Isikan inti dan lapiskan dengan sekeping lagi adunan bulat.
4. Lekatkan hujungnya dengan putih telur dan dikelim kemas,
5. Goreng dalam minyak yang banyak hingga kekuningan.

My pai ayam was such a disaster haha i rather dont let anyone see its condition. And i think i know why this happen to me. First, i dont have ketumbar, i dont have any kiub ayam too at that time, also, i dont have serbuk cili rip myself. I just change the recipe a little bit, by adding some bbq sauce onto the daging kisar.


p/s: I should start to master this cooking skill so this will not happen again
